Workflow of manipulator:

When the manipulator presses the start button from the origin, the lowering solenoid valve is energized and the manipulator starts to descend. When descending to the bottom, the lower limit switch is touched, the lower solenoid valve is de energized, and the descent stops. At the same time, the clamping solenoid valve is connected, and the manipulator is clamped. After clamping, the rising solenoid valve starts to be energized, and the manipulator rises. When the manipulator reaches the top, the upper limit switch is touched, and the rising solenoid valve is de energized, and the ascent stops; At the same time, turn on the right shift solenoid valve, and the manipulator will move right. When the right shift is in place, it will touch the right shift limit switch, the right shift solenoid valve will be powered off and the right shift will stop. At this time, if there is no work on the right workbench, the photoelectric switch is turned on, the lowering solenoid valve is turned on, and the manipulator is lowered. When lowering to the bottom, the lower limit switch is met, the lower solenoid valve is de energized, the lowering stops, the clamping solenoid valve is de energized, the manipulator is relaxed, the lifting solenoid valve is energized, the manipulator rises, when the limit switch is met, the lifting solenoid valve is de energized, the lifting stops, and the left shift solenoid valve is connected at the same time. When the manipulator moves to the left, the left limit switch is met, the left shift solenoid valve is de energized, and the left shift stops. So far, the manipulator completes a cycle through eight steps.

The above circulation process is the work flow of the manipulator. The manipulator can produce quickly, reduce the defective rate, and reduce the cost for enterprises and factories.
